Operating principle
待分離的物料經(jīng)進(jìn)料管進(jìn)入高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的離心機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)，在離心力場的作用下，物料通過濾布(濾網(wǎng))過濾，液相經(jīng)出液管排出固相則截留在轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)。待轉(zhuǎn)鼓內(nèi)濾餅達(dá)到機(jī)器規(guī)定的裝料量時(shí)停止進(jìn)料，對濾餅進(jìn)行洗滌，同時(shí)將洗滌液濾出。濾餅脫波達(dá)到要求后，停機(jī)，濾餅由人工卸出。進(jìn)入待機(jī)狀態(tài)。

The liouioflows out through the liquid outlet, but solids deposit on the internal wall of the basket.Once the solid cake reaches the rate capacityeeding stops. Wash the solids cake, and then drain out the washing water Finally stop the machine.The solid cake is dischareed manuallyａnd move to next batch.

Full flip structure, with transitional sliding of structural components and polished surface, effectively eliminating sanitary dead corners. External structural components, fasteners, and drums are made of stainless steel, which can thoroughly clean the centrifuge casing, drum, and outlet tank.
The machine base is a flat structure, with a low center of gravity, small footprint, and convenient operation.
Equipped with liquid damping shock absorbers, the vibration reduction effect is good, simplifying daily maintenance.
The flip cover is equipped with a feeding tube, a washing tube, an observation mirror, and an illumination hole. Configure an online cleaning system (optional) to perform online cleaning on the inner walls of the centrifuge casing, the inner and outer surfaces of the drum, and the surface of the liquid collection tank, ensuring cleanliness requirements and compliance with GMP specifications.
Strong versatility, grain size is not easily broken, and can be used for the separation of suspensions with solid particles or fibrous materials. It has a wide range of applications and is started by a frequency converter, with stable startup and adjustable separation factor. Equipped with a nitrogen protection system (optional), it can meet the explosion-proof requirements of a sealed structure and is suitable for applications in toxic, flammable, and explosive environments.
