原理 principle

★該機(jī)彩全封閉形式，所有部件均彩不銹鋼制造，配有三極凈化裝置，過(guò)濾后的空氣達(dá)十萬(wàn)級(jí)要求。簡(jiǎn)體與頂部裝有冷壁裝置，使壁溫<80報(bào)氏度，干燥塔內(nèi)裝有氣刷掃塔裝置，經(jīng)該機(jī)干燥后的中藥浸膏粉，不會(huì)出現(xiàn)焦化變質(zhì)現(xiàn)象，大大嗇了收粉率（達(dá)95%以上），而且不會(huì)產(chǎn)生混藥現(xiàn)象和粘壁現(xiàn)象。< p="">

★基本原理：中藥浸膏高速離心式噴霧裝置是離心式噴霧干燥技術(shù)在特定物料干燥中的應(yīng)用，也是利用高速離心式霧化器使用權(quán)物料分散成霧狀，與熱空氣充分接觸，完成瞬間干燥，形成粉狀成品的干燥裝置。

★中藥浸膏噴霧干燥機(jī)是專(zhuān)門(mén)用來(lái)解決中藥浸膏和植物撮液的噴霧干燥機(jī)。它解決了物料在原LPG高速?lài)婌F干燥機(jī)在中藥中藥浸膏干燥中出現(xiàn)的以下情況：

1、物料粘壁、收粉率低；

2、物料在壁上停滯不前留時(shí)間長(zhǎng)，產(chǎn)生物料的焦化變質(zhì)現(xiàn)象；

3、難以清洗，不符合GMP要求；

4、主量低：LPG-150型噴霧干燥機(jī)，其產(chǎn)量只能處理50-60kg/h料液。

★鑒于以上狀況，我廠根據(jù)中藥浸膏的物料性質(zhì)與工藝要求設(shè)計(jì)了中藥浸膏專(zhuān)用干燥機(jī)。它解決了歷中藥浸膏干燥機(jī)難題，干燥后的物料顏色好、不變質(zhì)、大大提高了工廠的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益，中藥浸膏與LPG高速離心噴霧干燥機(jī)相比有以下要求：

1、采用了三級(jí)空氣凈化，使進(jìn)風(fēng)達(dá)到30萬(wàn)級(jí)要求；

2、采用冷壁裝置，使內(nèi)壁溫度達(dá)到80℃，物料在壁上停留也不焦化；

3、整個(gè)體積是原LPG標(biāo)準(zhǔn)離心噴霧的3.5倍；

4、采用快開(kāi)沖洗裝置，適用于多品種生產(chǎn)要求；

5、除塵采用濕式除塵，使粉塵無(wú)外出，符合環(huán)保要求；

6、采用氣掃裝置，效果更加滿(mǎn)意；

7、提供霧化器2臺(tái)，采用變頻調(diào)整；

8、采用PLC控制，程控系統(tǒng)屏幕顯示；

9、帶沖洗裝置；

10、采用干空氣密閉輸送。
