一、 概述

本儀器主要測試薄的熱導(dǎo)體、固體電絕緣材料、導(dǎo)熱硅脂、樹脂、橡膠、陶瓷、鋁基板等材料的熱阻以及固體界面處的接觸熱阻和材料的導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)。檢測材料為固態(tài)片狀，加圍框可檢測粉狀態(tài)材料及膏狀材料。

儀器參考標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：MIL-I-49456A（絕緣片材、導(dǎo)熱樹脂、熱導(dǎo)玻纖增強(qiáng)）；GB 5598-85（氧化鈹瓷導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)測定方法）；ASTM D5470-12（薄的熱導(dǎo)性固體電絕緣材料傳熱性能的測試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)）等。

儀器特點：帶自動加壓，自動測厚裝置，并連計算機(jī)實現(xiàn)全自動控制。儀器采用6點溫度梯度檢測，提高了測試精度?？蓹z測不同壓力下熱阻曲線，采用優(yōu)化的數(shù)學(xué)模型，可測量材料導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)和熱阻以及界面處接觸熱阻等多個參數(shù)。

廣泛應(yīng)用在高等院校，科研單位，質(zhì)檢部門和生產(chǎn)廠的材料導(dǎo)熱分析檢測。

Overview

This instrument is mainly used for testing thermal insulation、 the contact thermal insulation of solid interface and thermal conductivity of thin materials, such as aluminum panels, solid electrical insulation materials, thermal conductivity of resin, ceramic and so on。Detection of solid sheet of material，Can be detected powder materials and paste materials with a sample frame .
